How to Access Web Stats

Web Stats allow you to assess the popularity of your site, and gain important insight into where visitors are spending time and where they leave the site.

We provide comprehensive statistics through the AWStats program. This has not yet been migrated to the control panels, so you will need to access it via a special URL.

First you need to know the name of the server you are on. If you don't know this, please contact support. These are usually of the format letter-number(s)-letter, except for colocation customers.

Once you know this, simply use the following URL, replacing 'yourserver' with the name of the server you are on, and yourwebsite with the name of your website:

http://yourserver.sargasso.net/awstats/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=www.yourwebsite.com

Once you have reached this page, you can bookmark it for future use.
